- we have sent you an incorrect item. In this instance, we will pay for the return shipping.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Goods cannot be returned if:
- you have changed your mind about the goods, or you don’t like them any more, or you have found you can buy them elsewhere.
- the goods have been damaged by Australia post while in transit to you. We carefully package all items, including bubble-wrapping all CDs and DVDs.
But the only damage our customers have ever encountered was one slightly cracked CD case.
